The Site should be accessed only by such User who is not specifically restricted to transact through online or otherwise in the schemes of Angel One MF. Before accessing any service/facility that may be offered by Angel One AMC, the User is requested to accept the terms and conditions of such service/facility as maybe applicable separately and agree to be bound by the same.
The distribution of the scheme related documents maybe restricted or totally prohibited in certain jurisdictions or totally prohibited to registration requirements. Accordingly, any person who come in the possession of any scheme related documents are required to inform themselves about and observe any such restrictions and / or legal / compliance requirements.
The schemes/services/offers/products made available on this Site does not and will not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy mutual fund units/products to any person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation. The User may access the Scheme and Scheme related Documents and or offer documents and disclaimers for each scheme viz., Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Addenda, Notices, etc. uploaded on the Site. The User is requested to refer to the disclaimers for each scheme/product/facilities/services at the relevant pages and consult his/her/it’s independent professional and tax advisors before investing.
